We're here to make sure you have the easiest and most satisfying experience possible, so here are the steps to follow depending on the issue at hand:

If you want to return your order, we explain how to proceed to return your product quickly and easily:

  1. Prepare the package: Make sure the product is well packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
  2. Go to a shipping office: You can take your package to a GLS or Correos office near your home.
  3. Shipping Address: Indicate that you wish to return the product to our warehouse address: RENOVA, Avenida Llaurador 108, Beneixida, Valencia, Spain, 46293.
  4. Include your information: Don't forget to include your personal information inside the package; your full name and order number are sufficient. This is in case the information on the previous shipping label is erased.
  5. Shipping costs: Please note that the cost of returning a product due to dissatisfaction is the customer's responsibility and is €6.
  6. Refund: Once we receive the product at our facilities, we will process a refund, less the return shipping costs mentioned in the previous section.

  • If your order arrived damaged or defective

If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are very sorry and want to resolve it as soon as possible. You must report the damage or defect via Gmail to the following email: renovatiendastore@gmail.com . Our customer service colleagues will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, proceeding to send you a new product or a full refund.

In this case, don't forget to provide proof of the defect through video or photography.
